MDBattery.com makes every effort to get your order to you as quick as we can. In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Please note orders made after 1:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) will be entered the next day. Weekend orders (from Friday after 1:00 P.M.) will be processed on Monday. If there is a problem with your order you will receive an e-mail within one business day to advise you about the situation. MDBattery.com does keep most items in stock but In the event that the product ordered is out of stock at the time of your order we may drop ship your order direct from the manufacturer in order to expedite the shipping of your product(s)

When you register on the web site your product will be shipped to the designated Shipping Address. A shipping ZONE is assigned at the time you register, and is used for calculating shipping to your country. The Shipping Calculator will automatically determine the shipping cost based on your ZONE. International shipping fees are dependent on where you are located, what type of service you select, and the weight of the product(s) in your order.
Shipping Charges and Taxes:
Shipping charges are not included in our pricing. Please place your order in the "Shopping Cart" to view the shipping charges. You can get the exact amount by entering the items into the shopping cart. Nevada sales tax of 7.75% will apply to orders shipped to an address in the State of Nevada.

Returns & Replacements
**IMPORTANT** NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A VALID RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO SENDING BACK ANY MERCHANDISE FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER!
If a product fails within the first 30 days of your purchase you can return your product for a full refund or for an exchange by emailing us for authorization prior to returning any merchandise. We will test the battery or device and if it does prove to be defective then any return shipping charges incurred by you will be refunded in full provided the package is shipped back to us by the method specified in the Return Authorization. Should the product not be damaged or defective we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping.
Incorrect Product Ordered:
Because aftermarket non-OEM batteries, chargers, and accessories are designed to be compatible with a variety of devices and models, the customer will at times order an incorrect battery. First we would advise you to call or email us prior to purchase so that we may double check and confirm the correct battery or charger for you. In the event that an incorrect battery or charger is ordered, shipped, and received (through no fault of our own), we will exchange or refund your product for you less any shipping and handling fees.
Incorrect Product Shipped:
MDBattery.com strives to provide quick but accurate service and shipping. In the event that you receive a product that you did not order please contact us immediately to obtain a Return Authorization number. Please supply the representative with your order number and item number from your original confirmation email. MDBattery.com will make every reasonable effort to correct the error. If the return is due to an error on our part, MDBattery.com will reimburse all shipping costs incurred provided that the package is shipped back to us by the method specified in the Return Authorization. All returns must clearly display Return Authorization number supplied by MDBattery.com
The exchange process consists of two options-
1. The proper RA# will be issued and the customer can send back the product. Once the return is processed the appropriate action will be taken and (if applicable, shipping charges will be reimbursed) and the replacement product sent out to you.
2. A new order can be placed (including shipping fees) so that the replacement can be shipped out right away. Once the original product has been received back a full credit will be issued back in accordance to the terms of the specific RA# issued. All credits will be made back to the original payment method. In the event that return shipping is to be reimbursed, this will be issued via company check or to the customers PayPal account.
At no time will MDBattery.com send out product that has not been previously paid for with the exception of special circumstances that will be determined on a case by case basis. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. Return Authorization numbers are valid for 10 days from date of issue only. The return package MUST be postmarked within 10 days of issue. If a credit is to be issued, please allow 7 - 10 business days from product receipt at our warehouse for credit to be processed. We are not responsible for products sent back without prior authorization. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries, nor third party billing for returned merchandise. Please note that your original shipping costs will not be refunded for product that is not damaged or defective.
